Good news for borrowers.
We are Mortgage Advisers that you can trust and have been trading since 1992.
The business started trading in 1992 and we have some very experienced advisers to look after our clients. Dave Smith, Mark Glastonbury and Marilyn Stein have a wealth of experience behind them with all three being in the business for over 25 years. Dave is based in Newport, Mark in Whitchurch Cardiff and Marilyn in Romford Essex.
We have recently welcomed Robbie Glastonbury in his first role as an independent Mortgage Adviser having previously being an adviser in a major bank. Robbie is based at the Whitchurch office in Cardiff but will spend some time in Newport and will welcome enquiries from all areas.
Enquiries can be made via this website or alternatively each adviser can be contacted individually by email using their forename followed by @priorsmortgages.co.uk. We may charge a fee for our service between £295-£500.00. Any fee will be agreed at the outset.
We are pleased to confirm that 95% mortgages for first time buyers are readily available. Buying your first home is exciting but also very confusing and even worrying. By using Mortgage Advisers such as ourselves you will be guided through every stage of the house buying process from start to finish.
We are Independent and as we do not act for any third parties and we solely look after our clients interests and nobody else's.
Even if you have been declined by one lender still speak to ourselves as lenders rules vary. You can fail the credit score with one lender but pass with another for a number of reasons. We even deal with lenders such as Building Societies who do not credit score and the final decision is made by humans and not computers. Even how much you can borrow may vary considerably between different lenders.
In addition to the above there are also lenders who will consider applicants who have had previous credit problems especially if they were a few years ago. We know exactly which lenders will consider you.
Re-Mortgages are available and you can raise extra Capitol for most purposes.
Retirement Mortgages. A number of lenders will now consider mortgages for people in retirement with no age restrictions. This is not Equity Release. We do not advise on Equity Release.
Buy to Let news. Following pressure from the government many lenders will allow landlords to rent to tenants who are in receipt of benefits. Previously there was often a clause in the mortgage conditions stating that they were not allowed.
